Who can order
Pet-product wholesalers, importers, chain and independent stores, e-commerce sellers and brand owners from any country or region — wherever business is permitted under applicable law. Tell us what you want to buy and your budget, and we will tailor a proposal for you.
Quotation & trade terms (Incoterms)
- EXW (Ex Works) — you or your forwarder collect from the factory.
- FOB (Free On Board) — we deliver to the named Chinese port (we are close to Shanghai / Yangshan Port).
- CIF / DAP — we arrange freight to your destination port or address, quoted per shipment.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — door-to-door with duties handled, where available — ask for a DDP quote to your city.
How ordering works
- Send us the items / SKUs, colors, target quantities and budget (use the Contact page — it only takes a minute, and every field is optional).
- We confirm specifications, MOQ and tiered pricing, and arrange samples for your inspection.
- After sample approval we issue a proforma invoice; production starts on deposit.
- You may inspect the factory in China, and we share pre-shipment photos and QC / test reports before goods leave.
- Goods ship by express, air or sea under your chosen Incoterm.
OEM / ODM & custom branding
Most lines support custom logos, colors, packaging and branded hardware. Tooling, engraving or mold fees are quoted up front, and sample fees are usually refunded against the first bulk order.
Payment
PayPal and international bank wire transfer (T/T). SWIFT details and a proforma invoice are sent by email after your inquiry or checkout.
