Shipping & Delivery Policy (Wholesale / B2B)

Jerome Pets is a wholesale-only supplier operated by Shanghai Jiepei Technology Co., Ltd. (上海捷珮科技有限公司), based in Lingang, Shanghai near the Yangshan Deep-Water Port. This policy applies to business and wholesale buyers, not retail consumers.

1. Trade terms (Incoterms)

Orders can be quoted under EXW, FOB, CIF/DAP or DDP terms. The applicable term is stated on each proforma invoice. Unless DDP is agreed, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and local clearance in the destination country.

2. Processing & lead time

Ready-stock items are usually prepared within 3–8 business days after deposit. OEM/ODM and custom-mold orders follow the production schedule quoted per project (commonly 15–35 days, depending on quantity and customization). Sample lead times are quoted separately.

3. Shipping methods

• Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small orders, typically 5–8 business days.
• Air freight for mid-volume urgent orders.
• Sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders, routed from Shanghai / Yangshan Port.

4. Freight quotes

Listed product prices cover goods only and exclude shipping. Freight is quoted based on weight, volume, destination and Incoterm. We provide a DDP quote to your city on request.

5. Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Customs inspection, carrier schedules and force majeure may affect transit; we track every shipment and share updates proactively.
