Terms of Service (Wholesale / B2B)

By using this website or placing an order with Jerome Pets (Shanghai Jiepei Technology Co., Ltd. (上海捷珮科技有限公司)), you confirm you are a business/wholesale buyer. We do not sell to retail consumers.

1. Quotations & pricing

Website figures are reference per-piece wholesale prices in USD for goods only and exclude taxes, duties and shipping. Formal quotations and proforma invoices state final prices, MOQ, Incoterm and validity (typically 7–15 days, subject to raw-material and exchange-rate changes).

2. Orders & MOQ

Orders are confirmed by a countersigned proforma invoice and deposit. Minimum order quantities vary by product and by custom vs. ready stock; small trial orders and samples are supported.

3. Payment

We accept PayPal and international bank wire transfer (T/T). Standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment; specific terms are stated on the invoice.

4. OEM/ODM & intellectual property

Buyers must own or be authorized to use any logos/artwork supplied for production. Buyer-provided IP remains the buyer’s; our generic product designs remain ours. Tooling and customization fees are quoted up front.

5. Compliance

We serve buyers in markets where trade is lawful under applicable law and do not trade restricted/prohibited goods. Buyers are responsible for destination-country product compliance, labeling and import requirements.

6. Limitation & force majeure

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure. These terms are interpreted in good faith; disputes are handled by direct negotiation first.
